The Military Veteran

Are you worried that you have lost coverage because your policy has lapsed?

If you have a term life insurance policy: Lapsed term policies may be reinstated within five years from the date of lapse. A five-year term policy that is not lapsed at the end of the term is automatically renewed for an additional five years.

If you have a permanent life insurance policy: Your lapsed permanent plan may be reinstated within certain time limits and with certain health requirements.

Repayment of all back premiums, plus interest, is required to reinstate policies.
