“GETTING YOU THROUGH THE TOUGH TIMES!”
The idea for this short term loan came to me because of what I went through as a military personnel and a veteran. With the military pay being so inefficient for a man trying to raise a family there were many time where I need additional income to help with bills and other assorted expenses. At that time there was only one place that offered such loans but it required letters from my command and a full review of my bills and expenses before there is even a decision made. Time is money and if you want/need that money with in a quick time frame you are out of luck not to mention bringing your command into your personal life and everyone who servers or has served, knows what that means.
As a veteran I found myself at times needing just a little cash to carry me till the next payday. Now days, short term loans/payday loans businesses have popped up all over the place. It is a big business that is not there to help me make it to the next payday but is in the business of taking my next paycheck away from me. With these businesses making anywhere from 200 to 700% or more and recharging a new fee every 5, 10, 15 days per 50.00 to 100.00 dollars. I found this absurd.
I am currently using any funds raised by this website to try and start a program that will allow military and veterans to take out a short term loan with one application fee to take care of the expense of such transaction and offering an interest rate a few points above prime.
As soon as I am able to raise a little capital I will begin to offer this program, on a first come first serve bases, to military and veterans only in an affect to try and offer help to those who truly deserve the right to such benefits after all it is our military who put their life on the line for our freedom.
